Our concept: flexible pricing for memorable stays. Our rates vary depending on your requirements, the length of your stay and the season.

Your rate includes:

• Water and electricity
• Heating during the winter month
• Swimming pool maintenance
• Wi-Fi

The only additional charge is the local tourist tax, payable at the end of your stay.

Your stay at La Roche Bleue :

• Check-in at 6pm
• Check-out at 10am

A place to get together

From May to September, enjoy La Roche Bleue and its swimming pool for a family holiday or special gathering. The house can accommodate up to 15 guests during the summer season.

From November to April, La Roche Bleue is also ideal for cosy family gatherings, with a dining room that can accommodate up to 12 guests.

+ End-of-stay cleaning: €165 (mandatory if you are travelling with pets).
++ From November to April, for groups of more than 12 guests: €28 per additional person, per night.
* Weekly stays: preferred check-in on Friday from 6:00 pm, with check-out the following Friday by 10:00 am.
** Weekend stays: special weekend package from Friday 6:00 pm to Sunday 6:00 pm, including end-of-stay cleaning and a few special surprises.

Looking for a smaller space?

Part of the cottage can also be booked separately, except during the summer season and long weekends.
Ground floor: Ideal for stays of 2 to 5 guests, with 2 bedrooms (double, twin or triple configuration), 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom.

End-of-stay cleaning: €70.

The First Floor :
The first floor is ideal for groups of 5 to 10 guests and includes:

– 3 double bedrooms
– 1 sleeping alcove
– 1 kitchen
– 1 living room
– 3 bathrooms

End-of-stay cleaning: €110.

Facilities & Services
Included in your stay :
Laundry facilities: Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, and clothes drying rack.
Cleaning equipment : Dustpan and brush, broom, mop and bucket, and vacuum cleaner. Recycling and waste-sorting facilities are also available.
Multimedia: TV and free Wi-Fi.
Bed linen & towels: Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
Baby & toddler equipment: Everything you need to make travelling with little ones easier: Baby bath; Booster seat; Potty / toilet trainer; Changing table; 2 high chairs; 3 baby cots (120 × 60 cm), including 2 travel cots; Unbreakable tablewares; Baby food blender; Toys.

Optional Extras
The following services are available for an additional charge. Please contact us for more information:

• End-of-stay cleaning: €160 for the entire cottage, €110 for the first floor only, or €70 for the garden floor only.

• Additional towel hire: €10 per person, per day (BIO Cotton, 200 × 100 cm).

• Gourmet baskets: breakfast baskets, picnic hampers, local produce and tasting selections available on request.

Travelling with Pets?
Your pets are very welcome at La Roche Bleue! If you are travelling with pets, end-of-stay professional cleaning is mandatory. This allows us to ensure the cottage is thoroughly cleaned and comfortable for everyone.

Travelling with a horse?
Horses are also welcome for an additional €5 per night.

Payment & Booking Conditions
For bookings without special options, the full balance must be paid no later than one month before your arrival.

To confirm your booking, we require:

• A 25% deposit at the time of booking
• A €500 security deposit
• A home insurance certificate
