The Ground floor
The ground floor (75 m²) opens directly onto the courtyard and garden and is fully accessible for guests with reduced mobility. It has also been designed to accommodate guests with other disabilities.
Bright and spacious, this floor offers lovely views of the garden and everything you need for a comfortable stay:
- A large living area with an open-plan kitchen, fully accessible for guests with reduced mobility
- Two connecting bedrooms (approx. 14 m² each), with flexible sleeping arrangements: two or three single beds, or one double bed
- An accessible bathroom and toilet
Equipment
Accessible kitchen : Fully equipped and accessible to everyone, with raised cooking surfaces and low-level storage. The kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, three-burner electric hob, extractor hood, electric oven, dishwasher and small appliances.
Accessible bathroom : Shower with a stool and angled grab bars, an accessible sink for people with reduced mobility, and a toilet with a support bar.

Free to use :
Laundry room: washing machine, tumble dryers, iron and ironing board, and clothes drying rack.
Cleaning equipment: dustpan, broom and hand brush, mop, bucket and vacuum cleaner. Waste sorting facilities are also available.
Multimedia: TV with decoder and Wi-Fi
Bed linen and towels provided.
Baby equipment: Baby bath, booster seat, toilet training seat, changing table, 2 high chairs, 3 beds (120 × 60 cm), including 2 folding beds, unbreakable tableware, baby food blender and toys.
